Four Year Game Plan (Rising 10th)

Nashua Technology Center Application (Paper) Due Feb. 22nd to Student Services

Palmer CTE Center - Alvirne High School (Hudson) Application - Electronic, due Feb. 23rd

Milford Applied Technology Center Application - Electronic, due Feb. 23rd

Course Selection Timeline/Overview by grade:

Rising Seniors:
• Counselors will present in classes on Jan. 18th.
• Jan. 18-26th - Rising Seniors make their course requests online through PowerSchool
• Jan. 26th: Electives Fair during Advisory where students can talk with teachers and learn more about elective course options
• Ongoing: Counselors are discussing senior courses with students during their Winter Post-Grad Planning meeting, which students should have already scheduled.
• Counselors are available for drop in course selection questions in the Learning Commons the week of the 29th-Feb 2nd during lunch/advisory

Rising Juniors & Rising Sophomores:
• Counselors present in classes between Jan. 22-25th
• Jan. 25th Course Selection & Post-Secondary Planning Presentation for current 9th and 10th grade students and parents, 7pm in the SHS Theater
• Jan. 26th: Electives Fair during Advisory where students can talk with teachers and learn more about elective course options
• Jan. 22-Feb. 2 rising 11th and 10th grade students make course selections in PowerSchool
• Feb. 5th - Feb. 23rd: Students must meet with their counselor to review and finalize their course requests

Rising Freshmen:
• Parent night on Feb. 8th
• Counselors present to 8th grade classes on Feb. 15th
• Students select courses online through PowerSchool Feb. 15th-20th
• Counselors return to AMS to meet individually with students to review & finalize requests on Feb. 20th
